Social St.

Nosotros hicimos un video de Social St. Para un proyecto de Nativos Americanos. Usamos Movie Maker, Google Earth Pro y Audacity para poner todas las partes del video juntas. No pude poner el video en el blog por algunos problemas Perdón que no van a poder ver el video entero solo la estrevista, pero consistía de una entrevista a un “nativo” Pomo, un video de Google Earth, y un "album" de fotos con narración y música.

Estrevista

Esto es un video que hicimos en para un projecto de español. Estrvistamos a una de las profesoras de el colegio que sabia mucho sobre nuestro tema de viajes epaciales. Lo hicimos usando un programa llamado Movie Maker y fue muy simpre de usar. Depues lo gurdamos y lo pusimos en nuetro Power Point para presentar.

El Disfraz

Este fue una historia que leí en la clase e de español. Se trata de un niño llamado Otelo que de enamora de la niña nueva de su año, Isabel. El trata de conquistarla haciendo lo que pueda. Yo recomiendo este libro a todos que le gusta el amor y la aventura. Creo que las mujeres le gustarían este cuento mas ya que, como ya he dicho, es de amor.

Viajes Espaciales

Estos son unos slides de una presentación de español sobre los viajes espaciales a la luna y a Marte. Estas filminas fueron echas en Power Point usando sus aplicaciones básicas. Unos de los slides, el de tabla de contenidos, (no se encuentra aquí) tiene unos hipervínculos que vana los otros slides. Para hacer esto es muy simple, solo haces clic derecho donde quieres hacer el link, seleccionas HYPERLINK, y le das que quieres hacer el link dentro de la presentación y escoges tu slide. Es así de fácil.

What a Journey

Esta es la historia de como llegue a estar en mi nuevo hogar. Lo escribí al comienzo del año escolar, alrededor de Septimbre 2008. Entonces para cuando lo lean, los meces no son ahora mismo.

When I came here people just asked me where was I from. I don’t think the majority of the people know why I am here. Don’t worry you will find out. Why? Well because I am going to tell you. I had come back from school on a Friday afternoon coming back from one of the best day I had ever had in school. I ran into my room to find my mom there. I could taste the sour news that I was about to hear. My mom told me very calmly she was getting a divorce from my dad. When I herd these words being spoken I was destroyed. I felt like an expensive vase on a high display being knocked down by a golf ball and crashing into a million pieces. Then emptiness overcame me and tears filled my eyes. After I calmed down my mom told me better new. She told me that because of this we were moving here to Cali, Colombia. That was about 1 year and 9 months ago. I was happy to hear this and extremely exited. I was going to start a new life with new people but at the same time I was going to leave everything I ever new.
A few days passed and summer was getting closer. My best friend did not know that I was moving or about the divorce so one day I got the courage to tell her. That was not a happy moment. What made it even wore was when I told her was when I was sopouse to come last year. The problem was we couldn’t just pack up and leave. I had to get accepted to a school, and we had to find a place to live. The process was long and hard and the fact that we had to leave out friends made it even harder.
The new school year came and I spent one more year in Santo Domingo. 6th grade was an UNFORGETABLE year. It went by rely fast, (strike one) I talked to more people than I had any other year, (strike two) When June came it was the fastest of all months (Strike three I’m out a there). When the last week of school came, devastation, my friends and me were sopose to be happy, cheerful and excited, we weren’t. We tried to have a good time but it was hard. On the last day everyone’s tears could have made a new lake and a big one, too. That day made me think how much I was going to be missed and how much I was going to miss them. After all that I am sitting here typing how I got here.

Skinny-Dipping

This is a sequel to the first au pairs book simply titled The Au Pairs. In the first book three girls, Eliza, Jacqui and Mara met taking a summer job babysitting the Perry kids in the Hamptoms. When they got there they all fell in love with different people. Eliza fell in love with the Perry’s gardener, Mara with Ryan, the Perry’s oldest son and Jacqui with Luca. They came back this summer to work for the Perry’s, well all of them except Eliza who applied for a job at the hottest new cub in the Hampton, Seventh Circle. Eliza gets the job but her last summer love is harder to reach because of his new job in the city. Ryan apparently has a new girlfriend and Mara is not taking it that well. She starts going out with Garret Reynolds, to make Rayan jealous but she stars finding out that she might like Garret. Now, Jacqui says she is sworn of guys for the summer to focus on her SATs to get into collage but the new French au pair Philippe is making that very hard. This is going to be an interesting summer.

Twilight

Este es un resumen del libro TWILIGHT. Lo hice en Word para mi clase de ingles. Este libro es muy bueno y espero que este resumen haga que lo quieran leer

This story begins when Bella Swan, short for Isabella Swan, decides to leave her sunny life in Phoenix to go live with her dad in Washington State to a town called Forks, where the sun is almost never out. She hates Forks, she always has, but she felt it necessary to move there for her mom’s sake. When she gets to her new home she finds that her dad bought her a truck that she could use to get around town and to get to school. On her first day at school, she met new friends was a little shy at first like any other person. When lunch came she notice a table full of beautiful people. One of them was looking at her, what she did not know was that that boy was going to be her new biology partner. That is when the problem starts. Apparently this boys name is Edward Cullen, he is part of a family of adopted children, Dr. Carlisle Cullen in his “father”. As time goes by Bella and Edward start getting close, a little to close to each other, and people start to talk and things begin to happen. Bella finds out what Edward and his family really are, and the dangers that come with being a girlfriend to a vampire. One night, when the Cullen’s where playing baseball, and Bella came to watch of course, some new vampires came into town. They were the type of vampire that still drank people’s blood, unlike the Cullens who learned to drink animal blood instead. One of the vampires was a tracker, a vampire who lives on tracking one soul to drink. When he smelled Bella, and realized she was a human, he started tracking her. A chase begins, where Bella’s life is one the line and possibly her mothers, too. Bella escaped to Phoenix with Edwards’s sister, Alice and his brother Jasper. The tracker figures out she’s there and tricks her into thinking her mother is in trouble. When the tracker and Bella are alone he strikes, but Edward arrives just in time to save the day. Bella is in the hospital the next day and doesn’t wake up until days later. She has a broken leg, ribs and broses covering her body but she is 100% fine because Edward is there with her. When Bella is out of the hospital and recovering in Forks Edward and Alice trick Bella into going to prom. Edward and Bella had a wonderful night.

Cadena de Favores/Pay it Foward

Esta película es una que de verdad recomiendo. Tiene una lección que todos podemos beneficiar de ella. Se trata de un niño que tiene una familia muy dañada, problemas económicos y problemas sociales. Cuando este niño entra al colegio para un nuevo año escolar, conoce a un profesor que les pone un proyecto de toda la vida muy interesante. Tenían pensar de una idea en como mejorar el mundo. Este niño piensa en una cadena de favores, en donde una persona ayuda a otras tres personas y después esas tres ayudan a otras tres, ect. Cuando vez esta película, puedes notar que algunas personas pueden cambiar si las ayudas. Creo que si todos hacemos lo que hicieron en esta película, el mundo seria un mejor sitio para vivir.

El Regalo Supremo/The Ultimate Gift

¿Alguna vez te haz preguntado, que es lo más importante de tu vida? No me refiero al lo material, como el dinero, sino algo que tiene valor sentimental. El proceso para esto el largo y duro, pero si se puede hacer por que unas de las personas cual el dinero era lo mas importante de su vida lo pudo hacer. Su nombre era Jason Stevens y el vino de una familia que fue dañada por la fortuna de Red Stevens, el abuelo de Jason. Cuando Red muere todos sus hijos querían saber que es su herencia. El único que recibe algo bueno es Jason por que consigue una chance de cambiar su vida. El va que las personas, los amigos, familia y el amor es lo mas importante que ahí en la vida. Yo conozco a mucha gente que debería ver esta película y por muchas razones. Una de ellas es que un amigo puede surgir de cualquier sitio. Orta es que un amor se construye con todo excepto el dinero. Y la mas importante, lo que haces con el dinero el mas importante que lo que te hace el dinero.

Duelo de Titanes/Remember the Titans

Esta película, Remember the Titans, es una película que hace uno pensar sobre el racismo en una forma muy particular. Lo general es que los afroamericanos son discriminados solo por el color de su piel y cuando ponen a niños de color con niños blancos en el mismo colegio, empieza un problema sumamente grande. Los afroamericanos querían reunirse al equipo de futbol americano pero nadie pensaba que podían jugar el juego, mucho menos entrenar un equipo. Mientras va pasando el tiempo, las personas ven que el color no importa, especialmente cuando se trata del juego. Si uno ve mas aya de lo general, uno puede ver que en esa época, todavía estaban peleando una guerra similar a la que pelearon para liberar a los esclavos del sur. Esta película demuestra que aunque estas personas fueron liberadas, todavía eran consideradas nada importante.

Esta en mi información de una encuesta. Fue echa también usando Excel. Primero le pregunte a mis compañeros cuantas veces usan su ipod a la semana.

Esta es una grafica echa en Excel sobre mi dieta comparada con la de los exploradores que fueron a el Ártico. Lo hice primero poniendo tola la información en celdas con un formato especial para depuse ponerlo todo en esta grafica. Mi dieta es la azul y las de los exploradores el la roja.

Este certificado también fue echo en Publisher. Le puse un fondo personalizado usando una foto del Internet. Le puse una pequeña explicación para esta persona usando text box y los nombres fueron hechos con Word art.

Este plegable también fue creado en Publisher. Se trata de Spirit Week. No les tengo que explicar que es por que el nombre habla por si mismo. Le agregue fotos y títulos usando Word Art.

Este fue un calendario que hice en Publisher. Es del mes de octubre. Le agregue fotos para simbolizar diferentes ocasiones. Fue fácil de crear por que el programa Excel simplifica las cosas.

¡Una pobre abejita! ¿No les parece chistoso? Personalmente a mi so me gustan las abejas ni Ashley Tisdale…. Entonces decidí juntarlas para ver como se ven juntas. No se ven tan mal. Para esta foto también use Corel. Es un programa muy fácil y divertido de usar.

Esta foto es una de los Jonas Brothers en un avión en el aire. Quise incluir a unas de mis favoritas bandas en una de mis fotos. También use Corel Saint Pro Shop x2 para crear esta foto.

¿Nunca as querido caminar bajo del mar? Pues yo si y eso fue lo que inspiro esta foto. Me imagine como el ser humano pudiera vivir bajo del mar fácilmente como esta modelo. Use un programa de edición de imagen que se llama Corel Paint Pro Photox2. Hice diferente capas con tres diferentes fotos para crear esta.

¡Hola! Bienvenidos a mi blog. Este en mi espacio para enseñarles un poco de mi vida y también de algunos de mis proyectos escolares que e echo con programas del computador. Algunos de estos programas incluyen PUBLISHER WORD, EXEL, COREL PAIT SHOP PRO x2. Si quieren saber como hice estos trabajos, lo sabrán porque explicare brevemente cada uno de ellos.
